Section 8 Housing Voucher Program
The Section 8 Program provides rental assistance to eligible families to help them afford market rate rent in a rental unit of their choosing.

Senior Housing (55+)
The Housing Authority of Cass County manages two apartment buildings reserved for individuals and families who are 55 and older. These buildings provide affordable housing under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.

Public Housing
Public housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.

Family Housing
Family housing is a program that provides safe and affordable rental housing to low-income families. The Housing Authority of Cass County currently manages one family housing property, Sierra Townhomes, which can be viewed by clicking at right.
